basic algebra equations

I just discovered that I don’t have much time left in tackling some issues with basic algebra equations. I had kept it pending hoping that I will stumble upon first class learning material or someone who can help me with evaluating formulas, factoring polynomials and y-intercept. May be, I did not search hard enough. But at present I am running out of time . It is simply not easy to stumble upon an excellent teacher to quickly tutor me. It is beyond what I can afford . And I need to find a immediate way out. Can someone who has had the same problem let me know as to what I can do? It will be a great help.
