difference quotient on ti-89

Hello there I have almost taken the decision to look fora algebra tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with math homework this year. Every day when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my algebra homework, and after all the time spent I still seem to be getting the incorrect answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra private teacher is worth it, since it's really expensive, and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about difference quotient on ti-89 that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding difference of squares,3x3 system of equations or trigonometric functions? Any ideas will be valued.

Hi, I think that I can to help you out. Have you ever used a program to assist you with your algebra assignments? a while ago I was also stuck on a similar issues like you, and then I found Algebrator. It helped me a lot with difference quotient on ti-89 and other algebra problems, so since then I always count on its help! My math grades improved because of Algebrator.

I remember having difficulties with like denominators, conversion of units and angle suplements. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Remedial Algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
