simplifying complex rational algebraic expressions

Hello folks . I am in a real mess . I simply don’t know whom to ask . You know, I am having difficulties with my math and need a helping hand with simplifying complex rational algebraic expressions. Anyone you know who can save me with linear inequalities, evaluating formulas and mixed numbers? I tried hard to get a tutor, but my effort was in vain. They are hard to find and also quite expensive . It’s also difficult to find someone fast enough and I have this test coming up. Any advice on what I should do? I would very much appreciate a quick reply .

Truly May Jesus save us students from the evil of simplifying complex rational algebraic expressions. I used to face same problems that you do when I was there.
