what it means to solve a system of linear equations

I'm having immense difficulty knowing the logic behind the question about what it means to solve a system of linear equations. Can somebody please assist me to understand how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation about what it means to solve a system of linear equations especially in topic of adding matrices? I was told how to solve this before but now I forgot and confused how to answer it. I find it difficult to understand it on my own so I believe I really need help since I believe I can’t do this on my own . If someone is familiar with what it means to solve a system of linear equations can you please help me? Thanks!

I didn’t know that Algebrator software yet but I heard from my peers that it really does help in solving math problems. Since then, I noticed that my peers don’t really have troubles solving some of the problems in class. It might really have been effective in improving their solving abilities in math . I can’t wait to use it someday because I think it can be very useful and help me have a good mark in algebra.
