I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind graph the equation y=-1/2x+9/2. I find solving problems really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can assist me with this subject?

I remember having often faced problems with exponent rules, function domain and greatest common factor. A truly great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.
